Manos de Tejas is committed to stand for our communities.

For the past few months, the board worked together to improve the structure of our organization, starting today. We are ready to announce our next step toward a new bold direction.

Found in 2004, TLCDHH had a purpose to bring together Deaf Latinx communities of Texas to find each other in a c. So much changed within our communities over the years and the organization had its successes, challenges, and obstacles yet to overcome. With the new era of our government today, we hope our new direction with the organization will create a space for Deaf Latinx communities to get together and find themselves not alone.

With new obstacles happening yesterday, today, and the future, it’s time for Manos de Tejas to take a new direction toward resistance and advocacy.
